Wage & Hour Rights and Responsibilities

Wage Payment: Employee rights include:- Spend for all incomes earned (INFO # 3) at the rate consented to by the company and worker.

Written Demands, Complaints, & Investigations

Demands & Complaints for Wages: If a company owes you salaries, you can send your employer a written need for payment of incomes by mail, email, text, or other electronic means. A written need might be sent to the employer at the exact same time a Labor Standards Complaint Form for unpaid earnings is submitted with the Division.
